SELF_rituals - the first product designed and curated by us!

We created these SELF_rituals kits with the vision to contribute positively to womens lives through the experience of creating and implementing rituals. We recognise that rituals are a way to still and centre and create time and space for ourselves, which is not always easy.

Our ritual kits turn every day activities into acts of SELF_love and SELF_care that transform the way we feel, the way we head into the world every day and our ability to continue to give of ourselves

SELF_rituals kits are grounded in the principles of Physical, Emotional and Spiritual practises and rituals to aid in the presence of mind to practise SELF_love and SELF_care. Each kit is accompanied by ritual cards that encourage and affirm these practises for wellbeing daily.
