Cancelling and Rescheduling Appointments
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for changes to an appointment. We give two notices and at a third time we require a 25% deposit to cover the cost of the changed or missed appointment.

Late Appointments
Clients that are 10 or more minutes late to an appointment may be asked to reschedule to another date. We will always make every effort to still complete the treatment but we do run to a schedule and have other clients to consider.

*For larger bookings of time and/or cost we may also ask for a credit card to secure the appointment.
